Refund/ Exchange Policy

  • 1. If any problem occurs, then it has to be reported on the same day of delivery
  • 2. Send a complete unboxing video of the package.
  • 3. Request for Return/Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.
  • 4. We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in size, color or preferences. We may have this facility in future and when we do, we will update you.
  • 5. Return/Refund Request will be accepted on the following terms:
  • If the product is damaged.
  • COMPLETE  UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY
